I first heard this beautiful piece late last year after my partner dumped me after 18 months on Christmas Day. It made me think of what we had and what we could have had. I was thinking about this music yesterday but couldn't think of the composer/title. I came upon it a short while ago as the music on this video. It once again took me back to our happy days, and even though a few tears formed, I am.thankful for what we had and that I found, after my previous disasterous affair, that I could actually love again. it amazes me how a song with no words can evoke so many of the same emotions in all of us. I want to cry, but I also want to live. i want to create and i also want to sit near some water and cry.
