Hey Jade, were the excursions worth going on? I am only there for 3/4 days so want to maximise my time as much as possible and not waste it going on trips for the sake of going on it because its free if that makes any sense. I am mainly interested in Oblu for the house reef as it looks amazing.

Hi Dana! Thank you so much! We really enjoyed the food. There was a good selection every day in the buffet restaurant. One evening was Indian street food and it was so good! We also loved the vegetarian a la carte restaurant. Sunset bar is the most perfect spot before dinner (we didn’t actually realise it was there until half way through our holiday). All inclusive was food and also included 2 excursions. We did the sunset fishing and a snorkelling trip. You can also use the kayaks and paddle boards free of charge. I’m sure there was probably more included too but it feels like a lifetime ago now! We got a really good price for our holiday at the time as it was a new resort. For us, the private pool made the honeymoon. If this is in budget I would recommend. I can’t say how this resort compares to other Maldives resorts as we have only been the once! Hopefully we can return when the bank account recovers 😂! 💗

Just had one small question. -Did you have complete privacy or should I say did anyone swim in front of your villa?

Hey! We had complete privacy and didn’t have anyone swimming by. They could have if they wanted to though! The pools do face the lagoon so you can see water sports and snorkelers in the distance.

omg it was super beautiful. thanks for uploading this video. actually i am planing to have a wedding ceremony in maldives, and i am wondering if this hotel is good or not. if you don’t mind, can i ask the total price you paid for this hotel and the tour?

wir waren nun das 6 mal auf den Malediven immer auf anderen Inseln. Hier finde ich aber das Preis Leistungsverhältniss ist nicht ok Ausflüge sind viel zu teuer . Der erste Tauchgang inkl. refreshdive kostet mehr als 220 Dollar. 20 Min Jetski kostet 120 Dollar Für das Geld bekomme ich woanders auf den Malediven mehr geboten. Drohnen sind nicht erlaubt trotz einer Erlaubnis per Mail. Teilweise sehr steinig am Strand. we were now 6 times in the Maldives always on other islands. Here I think the price-performance ratio is not ok Excursions are too expensive. The first dive, including refreshdive, costs more than $ 220. 20 min jet ski costs $ 120 I get more for the money elsewhere in the Maldives. Drones are not allowed despite permission by email. Sometimes very rocky on the beach.

@@backdraft1902 irgendwie sind wirklich alle Inseln etwas anders und wunderschön, Regen hatten wir auch schon im Dezember gehabt 7 Tage hintereinander leider sogar nicht in der Regenzeit ! Angefangen hatten wir mal mit Sun Island 😉👍🏼
