Dear IKU company; Hello, am student from Architecture engineering department and am fascinated on your iku cleaning system, i will really appreciate if you can answer my questions below and provide me with some information please: What's the initial cost of the iku system? What's the maintenance cost of the system per square meter? What's the profit gained after 10 years?

Hi Mariam, It's nice to know that you like the system. About the system cost, its 40 % more then the normal facade system. The only maintenance cost is to change the wiper blades when it completes 10000 meters and that's too less expense, beside motor other parts are warranted for 10 years. It's one time investment, when this system is installed then there is no need to install BMS or hire cleaning company. Hope you got the answer. If you have more queries let me know. Regards Nasir

Large property managers and owners of big glass buildings really need to see this video, Nasir! So many buildings never have their windows washed at all.
