Hi, I’m encountering an issue. When I import the CSV and select the column containing the geoshape data, I set the delimiter to ; and click to run. However, an error appears that says: "[Column name] not in list." How can I resolve this issue?

Hello, question: I have to survey or investigate a wooded area that has two or more different areas, but in the same sector, to quantify the areas and have them georeferenced, the polygons, do I have to do a single survey per sector or can those same zones or areas with two or more sectors be georeferenced in a single form? thank Janna

Hello, I have a question about the area question in Kobotoolbox, and it is: I cannot display the polygon in the Kobotoolbox web map on my desktop, it only accepts points? Hi there, I'm assuming you're not interested in a choice filter (because choice filter is for lists of choices/options), but you're interested in 'relevant' (or also known as 'skip logic'). However, can you please let me know in more detail what your questions are, so I understand what you're asking? Can you take a screenshot? The other option is to export the data to a programme like QGIS and then make a map there, or export kml points and create a map on Google. However, easiest might be to take a screenshot if you've not made maps before.

Hi! To set up 3 follow-up questions for your NPS rating question, you can either: 1) *Create a Group with Skip Logic*: Group the 3 follow-up questions together and apply skip logic so the group only shows based on the rating given. 2) *Apply Skip Logic to Each Follow-Up Question*: You can also apply individual skip logic to each follow-up question so they appear based on specific rating responses (e.g., if the rating is 7-8, show Q1; 9-10, show Q2, etc.). I am managing forms for mailing lists in Outlook I have two forms, one for subscription and the other for unsubscription where emails are among the data collected. I want to automate this process how can I simply do it? so each time I want to send an email I get an updated mailing list

Hi, so in this instance, you have two KoboToolbox forms, one for subscribing, one for unsubscribing. When you send an email, do you want to go to a KoboToolbox form and download a list of 'current' mailing subscribers, so a list that has had 'unsubscribed' emails removed from the 'subscribed' list? If I've understood you correctly, it's most likely not possible to do this using only KoboToolbox, you most likely need a second software for post-processing, like a database or spreadsheet of some kind. Do you use another software in tandem with your KoboToolbox forms?

On number 4, it would be better if you could select the Year, month and day separately. Current problem is that you can't select the date without scrolling backward month by month.
