I can't watch the video on my PC, all I get is one 48second un-skippable advert after another. So had to watch on the TV app. I know they've done covers of B-M songs, but I really don't hear the similarity. To my ears, they're half-way between TRiDENT and Scandal. Poppy and very rocky. There's not a bad song on this EP. It just leaves you wanting more.

I was waiting for a song written for the 4 of them and Damn! The verses heavy as hell then goes into the beautiful, soaring chorus, what a amazing blend. Love this song.

Fun fact: This song is the opening theme for a currently running anime called "Why Does Nobody Remember Me In This World". They're dressed as characters from the anime in the video.

Definitely a band to watch. Their EP is released on PCI Music, which is a subsidiary of Pony Canyon. Do we know who writes their songs ? I can see them appealing to fans of Band-Maid, Scandal, Trident and Gacharic Spin. Among others.

It is almost Psychobilly in its sound. Psychobilly is like sped up Rockabilly with punk mixed in and a lot of the vocalists have a very similar delivery to the vocalist in this group.

Mayu wrote this banger! tamu's drums and hara chan's bass are amazing in this song! And we know hazuki is an excellent guitarist, she doesn't need to have a solo in every song to show how good she is. I like nemophila to do more metalcore, mayu's vocals and skills are very suitable for this genre in my opinion. Of course we all know how diverse nemophila is, so i don't think we need to worry about them doing this in every song from now on :) 🤘🏻🌸🤘🏻

Its an awesome track to start this new Evolution period of Nemophila. Everything in this was great. Riffage and a ripper chorus plus an anthem chant. Yep pretty good formula right there for success.

It is going to be hard for them to adapt the old songs, but this new style already made for 4 members can be great. This one was pretty different from their previous works, but it is a very good track.

The ladies have got it spot on ! There's a reason why they called the new EP "Lovebites EP II". This song harks back to their first EP "Lovebites EP". Even this new video has (deliberate !) glimpses from their first song and first ever MV "Don't Bite the Dust" from that older EP. To me, "Unchained" is in keeping with the theme of their first EP, but at the same time it showcases how far the band has progressed and evolved since 2017. Compared to "Don't Bite the Dust", which is an awesome song in itself, "Unchained" is next level with its sophisticated and seamless blend of heavy rock, speed-power metal, and a bit of thrash at the breakdown just before the solos. It's nostalgic, and yet a very contemporary sound. Well done Lovebites !!

I think they focused on making it a bit more catchy-likely to expand appeal/listeners-but the song itself didn’t have the same impact on me as many other Lovebites songs. Like when just talking of a first listen, the music video for Judgememt Day left a bigger impact on me (if people remember the first listen). For Unchained, I came away thinking it was okay. Perhaps expectations were too high.

Superb track - for me, Waka-chan steals this with that tapping bass line for the majority of the verse, with Mizuki on drums absolutely on fire - her fills are flawless here. Akane-chan on vocals also delivers a flawless performance - she is captivating and seems to deliver her vocal lines with such precision. Of course Ayasa does what Ayasa always does on the violin, and Yuki nails a sharp solo. Yuki always has such perfect guitar tone, whether it be rhythm or lead. Top-tier band!

I love the band, but I'm a huge fan of Akane in particular. I was an obsessive Predia fan for years before the group ended, and I wanted nothing more than for Akane to move on to front a band like EOE, because she's one of those people who was just born to sing, and her experience in Predia makes her visual performance just as impeccable as her vocals.

I LOVE East of Eden!!!!! I love all their songs. Evolve had been my favorite song by them, but I think it just got bumped out of 1st place by this one!!!! CROSS ROADS is KICK ASS!!!! I LOVE all the ladies of East of Eden, but honestly, Wakazaemon is my favorite!!!!
