Did my lashes the other day (chemo too) I was like yaaaas, I did it! Hour later I feel something in my eye and the whole lash was hanging down, sticking out😂😂🤦🏼‍♀️ I had no idea and had been walking around like that .... Smh .... I wasn't even sad, it was hilarious 😂🌷

Just started chemo; will definitely be losing my hair this second round. Thought chemo was going to be the "journey", yeah right ... No one ever tells you the physical appearance is the journey 🤦🏼‍♀️ I have already spent so much money on wigs, temporary tattoo eyebrows, eyebrow wigs, magnetic lashes, etc... I feel like trying to still be "pretty" and feel confident going through this is going to be the biggest struggle, esp having a boyfriend. When I'm trying all this stuff and looking at this "new me" forming , I'm like how is he ever going to still think the same of me? How am I ever going to think the same adjusting to looking at a new person in the mirror? People think it's superficial and you should just focus on healing, but it's truly human nature to be concerned with how you look. I mean they wouldn't even make these if it didn't matter right.... The biggest thing I can take away from going through all this, is that it definitely makes you realize how much you took for granted every day before 😢 it literally makes me feel like its punishment for not being appreciative. Sorry.... Venting lol 🌷
