I have this tent. It's great. Only complaint is not enough tabs to make a snug fit. Used clips from the auto section @ $tree...Will be getting heavy duty velcro

Beautiful for a sunny day, but…. If rains for sure NOT good idea, the rain will be all at the doors/over the tents so…. Not good for Florida State

I don’t think the whirring -to keep predators out-is not necessarily; also you secure the bottom whirring from the outside of the coop-while you construct the coop-. You would want the floor smooth for more efficient cleaning; plus chickens scratch and with the whirring on the floor you increase injury to their feet’s.

First down pour all you'll have left is a bunch of huge water balloons and destruction. Been there done that.

Not at all glamping. I can never understand how a huge semi tractor towing a 50’ building equipped w slides, second stories, hot tubs for a couple traveling alone w everything a house has can be considered as camping. Huge thumbs up for what you & your family are doing. My grandkids refuse to leave the comforts of home or a hotel room

If you tarped the floor and put a zipper wall on the open side, you would almost double your privacy area.

I got the connect modified for a slant leg canopy. Im in Tennessee also. Its not bad, a little loose, but its like a small bedroom off the canopy. I have a full screen enclosure and two side walls , with a tarp set up for a front wall. The idea was to have an entire area to set up a inside cooking and seating area, to have full camping in our rain. So that my camping trips will still be enjoyable. The canopy idea is good, because you can really stake it down and gives a solid structure to build on. I cover with good military camo netting, the layers added on and you can build more ...helps keep heat in if using mr buddy heaters. The whole idea was a more sturdy structure in case SHTF and that is concealable. The grey is good for stealth because its a sold color, the red i was uncertain. But this side connectent isnt bad, a bit loose, yet I fit a cot a small table , it has a floor, so a carpet, and space for a few totes if stacked up. So far, It hasnt gotten wet from rain, some condensation but thats any tent. I use to open canopy room area for living, cooking, relaxing. I have a full solar power energy system and 12v 100 am batteries, so have full continuous power for my laptop, smart tv, usb lights, because of a mr buddy heater, i can pretty much live year round in this set up, to add Ive also build in a wood burning tent stove, the stove jack through the canopy, which it could be 0 degrees out, but if fire is going, its nice and toasty through the tent. With 12v electric and solar , Ive made this similar to a RV that I can put all in my car. So call it car glamping.

Love these canopy tents. I use the smaller one when I go to music festivals. I put all my stuff I don’t want out in that tent and I used my 4p tent directly under the canopy with canopy walls on the 2 sides facing the sun in the morning. Get an extra 2-4 hours if sleep not getting woken up by the beating sun.

Most of them are solo camping, but there is no doubt that family camping is becoming more and more popular,maybe this wildskeeper Overl and Camping/Work Light will be a good choice.

Although I have camped like this, I was in my mid. 60's before I did. Before then, my wife and I camped either by way of backpacking, canoes, motorcycle, or horseback and seldom saw other campers in the process.
