I have the grey & it shines like a mirror in daylight. At night the waves contrast the dial beautifully. It’s the least popular colour but in my opinion it’s the most interesting.

@ most folk get the blue which is fabulous. I went to a second hand shop in Falmouth where he had a Speedy for sale, he wanted to trade it for my Seamaster, he said he hadn’t seen a grey

awesome if there were more people wearing sunglasses with quality suits and supporting OMEGA and older BREITLING brand models the world would be a more inspiring and realistic place + enjoy the watch goals and accomplishments!!! Wore My First Planet Ocean from 2011 for about ten years straight and just sold it !!! great choice and brand of watches ... we cant all make it to the moon or the Bond Stunt Actor Tryout s at least we can support the sports semi luxury vibe along with fast cars and comfortable Trucks and SUVZ merry Christmas and Happy American Thanksgiving and Veterans Month !!!

Why nobody mention that blue one has rhodium plated hands, rather than grey had just blue color painted hands. I picked blue, even it cost me about $170 more.

I had the old model and traded it in for the new one mainly because of the upgraded movement. However, the things that irritated me with the new model were the sharper bracelet edges which didn’t enhance the wearing experience and most importantly for me was the colour change of the blue in different lights. It looks stunning in low light as it looks a very deep blue but in sunlight it turns into a light china blue which for me looks really tacky and cheap. I also prefer the indices on the old bezel and like the way that it doesn’t have a 10 minute marker, to me it looks much better having indices through to 20. The upshot was that I have now sold the latest model and gone back to the previous model and admitted to myself the error in my ways 😊

The white one really looks way bigger than the black one. Still I like the white one better with the rubber strap. Maybe I will get one to have a companion for the speedmaster 🤔

All well and good but that is a ridiculously long clasp. Fine if it is comfortable and sits well on your wrist but will be a complete pain if it does not.

Bought one of these 2 days ago from Mappin & Webb in York UK. £5,300. Had a 3 year wait for it, by which time I'd bought a Tudor BB58 and an Omega Aqua Terra green dial. This watch has been worth the wait.
