For 15-20 years after introduction, filet-o-fish sandwiches were so delicious and tender they melted in your mouth. I treated myself at least once a week. Now the crust on whatever passes for fish needs to be cut away with a hacksaw. The buns also seem mummified.

The dispensed soda is carbonated water with a flavoured syrup like cola, lemonade etc. I know I used to work there and changed the boxes with syrup in.

When I worked as a manager at Mc D's they told me 1 lb of beef was turned into 10 lb worth of patties using soy beans which is why their burgers taste like flavored cardboard

Lol ok. I delivered the cows. They use old dairy cows that can barely walk. They buy those old cows dirt cheap. Farmers would normally just kill and send to a rendering plant to make dog food. Trust me friend the soya beans would cost more then the trash beef they buy. Very old, fat and greasy dairy cows. No farmer would ever eat that. So mc donalds helps them out by removing useless cows.
