Just shimmy it, i have the same issue with my e80s. It takes me a couple tries until it unlocks

Yesi have a Moka pot. I use boiling water in the bottom tank so it brews quicker. I have a “3 cup” which is smaller than yours and yields about 110g of coffee from 150g of water with 17g of coffee. Poured into a tall glass and top with 110g of heated and frothed milk.
