Any suggestions for length of time in each position? And, are we to try and do a circuit of reps?

I recall something that Tim Ferriss / Christopher Sommer bring up about someone, I forget who, who is introduced to pike pulses and utters some phrase along the lines of "Jane Fonda bullshit." Then, that someone tries to perform the movement ...

@crosscabreuva48562 ай бұрын
Does Crossfit have a standard for this? Cause if it is allowed for the athlete to choose which combination will be performed... maybe is a possible to choose a funky one... Instead of | cross, open | cross, open | cross, open | cross, open | ... or | open, cross | open, cross | open, cross | open, cross | ... It can be | open, cross | cross, open | open, cross | cross, open | ... This will be very beautiful way to do it! HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA

Nice, I was trying to find out the name of this pulling movement in a inverted position but didn't find much about it, I also wonder what muscles it works on. Anyway, it is a fun movement to do xD

Great tutorial. I wanna learn this in order to get on top of the bar with little power and quick. In practise I want to get up on a tree branch or something efficiently. Since you were distinguishing between a gymnast kip and a crossfit kip, I am now wondering, if I am learning the right technique.

Hi man. I have seen many of your videos which helped me a lot. Now i have a question. Which variation of rings kip is the easist for me. It is the last exercise I have to manage to pass my exams. I started to practise all types to find out what is easist. But if you advise me which of the excersises to focus on I will spare a lot of time. Simply get my body from high rings to support position as soon us possible. Thank you for answer and your legacy.
