I watched a little more and seeing you used Hospital gloves but you need to practice your squeezes they're pretty much all over the place

Maybe you should use Hospital gloves instead of those big old gloves because you could barely squeeze the sponges this wasn't a great video

No need to cut the cannisters open. Just rip the metal top off, it's much easier and gets rid of the jarring sawing sound from the knife

Reuse it for more videos or clean with. Typically after putting it back in powder form. But some people just through it out tbh which I do sometimes too
