I realized after recording that I forgot to mention why I chose Excadrill! Steel/Ground coverage with a base 135 ATK + being able to go Adamant due to Sand Rush made Excadrill a fantastic attacker. I didn’t go with Earthquake because I didn’t want to risk damaging my partner Pokemon, and I didn’t want to drop High Horsepower’s incredible single target damage or the coverage of Rock Slide.

hey i am the Team creator of the flapple gravity team :) to answer you question about the sablye calc. I allways can kill a tera dragon dragapult, and survive a 2+sucker from kingambit if i tera dark. plus under tailwind i am faster than a dragapult.😅

What Chris said about Prim is also my experience with it. It is a Mon you need to respect but it is not one that I’ve had any kind of success with in testing.

It's definitely a feast or famine type of mon. On the teams it's good into, it'll sweep 1v4. If it's bad into a matchup or on a team specifically, it just doesn't keep up like some of the other special attackers in the format.

I think you will see some interesting strategies at worlds to give people an upper hand, I have been harping on the usefulness of power swap farigiraf the last few days to remove drops on your side and take boosts from them, it it really good at slowing down calyrex shadow rider, terrapagos, the occasional dozo team and taking the intimidate drops off of your iron hands

Also to note quark drive is separate from a technical "boost" so you can pull intimidates and still retain quark drive
