Throw the build back on his face😂 Simple answer is If the build was delivered so late there should have been a risk flagged early by the scrum master and QA. QA now needs to do risk-based testing. if the QA feels quality of the build is not good despite prioritising the tests. the story needs to be deferred to next sprint. Don't agree or get pressurized to put garbage quality code into production.

Sworming can be done in case of urgency where high priority test cases will be done by QA and low level test case will be executed by dev. Same will be communicated in scrum call and stake holder. Ideally if it's not the release, then we can do spill over for QA effort and create QA story for testing and link it .
