Where I live we get snow for only a few days a year sometime for 7 days. Our city does not invest in a lot of snow plows. We do get freezing rain as well. The town just kind of shuts down for 24 or 36 hours and then start to get out even if the snow is sticking around. I live in Portland Oregon USA. We also know days in advance before snow or a freezing event. Thanks for the fun video.

Do those trucks get paid by the tonne hauled? I was asking because, obviously one truck has considerably less carrying volume than the other. That ice puts the 'blower augers to a real test doesn't it?

Beautiful machine and your right. In Northeast America, mostly all wheel loaders on utility and street jobs are equipped with side dump buckets, but only up to a 966 sized loader. I never saw a side dump this big before. I didn't know they made the 980 sized.
