Property speculaters have panic as the interest rates has raised here as elsewhere. They have pushed to hard, been to greedy. The income taxes are 10 % lower than 10 years ago and capital tax is the same. The difference is that capital taxes has been lower for property owners. Why subsidice property speculaters? Norway is a rich country and ofcourse there is a fight to get to these monies. The billioners, more than average in almost all countires compared to the size of the population, has been rich under aproximately the same conditions. Nobody remember the last time the two right leaning parties came up with something else than a copy of american econonmical slogans. We have our problems but to boil it down to loopholes discovered by some tax layers is to give into the unbearable selfpity among capitlists who have done the same mistake. It is not right what you do beacause everybody else do it
