I'm not that bright when it comes to this, but I can give a tip of my own from I have learnt from experience, probably For those who aren't particularly fond of livestreaming and are better in the field of just posting videos, whether they should be reactions, gaming and the rest, one thing that you could consider to be consistent is: if your brain is absolutely flooded with ideas, you might not only prepare the drafts (scripts) for the videos you're willing to make *soon*, but also (if you have enough free time) create content with the ideas you've thought of *already*, with a difference of not posting everything in one day; if you have a posting schedule for one video every day or similar, this will work to your benefit greatly, because some are just unable to record consistently on some weekdays due to important events, work, etc. If you have some trouble finding ideas, then, as Tazz said in the last tip, you could watch other creators, perhaps find inspiration in their content to create a video, sparkle a little bit of your own creativity into it if you feel like blatantly stealing an idea is a little lazy. If motivation and own ideas are not necessarily your strong suit *all* the time, then perhaps modify your schedule in a way that will somewhat work for you, something close to posting at least once a week, changing up your genre of videos (and not only) to something more simplistic, etc., that is considering if you're at a lack of envisioning at what you could possibly post, just so you can, at the least, keep the slow yet effective consistency as a content creator.
