Been a long 3 months, where ya at man?

My Storm Forge box had zero repairs to do. The box that came with the cavalry and hammer dudes needed multiple repairs and especially heating up any longer weapons because of bending but overall very easy fixes and Krueger and Huxley arrived in perfect condition. I’m really impressed with how the warjacks work with the magnets.

I prefer the hordes factions generally but I will be picking up this one or the Orgoth. I’m thinking this one so far.

Looking forward to the brineblood painting and basing video.

Excellent work again. And really appreciate all the airbrush advice. I'm only starting with the airbrush, so all the info will be very handy. As for other factions to paint... May I suggest the brinebloods, or perhaps some trollkin? Khador is (understandably) quite a popular faction (same as cygar) so occasionally there is some really nicely painted stuff out there, but trolls despite being a popular faction to play, don't get that much staff painted on yt, (at least not to the same level as khador or cygnar). Still, brilliant work. And fantastic to have more talented hobbyists (like yourself) willing to cover warmachine.

Brilliant work on the model. And great video btw. Really appreciate talking through the process. As well as making video at 2x speed saves quite a bit of time. And i am glad to see that there are channels willing to provide some quality content for warmachine. And even more so that the community was so supportive. Coming here from GW, it really is such a refreshing change. Looking forward to more videos.

Great video. Cannot wait for part 2. Those factions look cool. But Brineblood Marauder's life for me! Oh and khymaera seems interesting.

Oh, and i was going to say, i am really glad that you had no issues. Seems that brinebloods' quality is a bit of an improvement over earlier factions. Which means that PP is getting better with their 3d printing. Finally, i was going to mention, the model with the broken arm is part of the crew. I'll admit quite similar to admiral boomhowler in pose and look but (unfortunately) admiral boomhowler is sold either separately or as part of the battle box. That being said, great video. Really appreciate that there are people trying to give some spotlight to warmachine. And as someone who also got into warmachine from warhammer i really regret i only found out about it by accident. (i suppose warhammer is a bit of a sealed echo chambers.) Personally i found that warmachine community is a lot more welcoming and friendly. Plus the setting seems a bit more grounded and relatable, whilst at the same time it can be quite fun and funny (as you can see with trollbloods models). Whereas warhammer kind of lost that imo. Even orcs (with their new 40k and sigmar releases and iterations) are loosing that humorous, silly side, to look more "cool", grimdark and edgy.

Before mk4 was announced i had about 75 points of trollbloods (since i really like the whimsical Scottish aesthetic) and about 80 points of mercenary privateers (because... well... pirates). I wasn't sure which faction to get in mk4 until brinebloods were announced. Now I'm paranoid PP can read my mind.

Brinebloods are easy one of the best lines they have put out. The first three factions were a bit rough, but it's been hit after hit so far.

I am always grateful for different techniques to paint pure white, very interesting! I don't think I can use this for my upcoming warmachine project (I think it will be khymeraa!) but that's not my only tabletop project :D

That was super interesting. I'm about to get an army box from Warmachine and didn't know what to expect from 3d printed models. Very cool that they package the models in bubble warap, that's very reassuring. I am aware that resin miniatures, whether 3d printed or cast, are delicate and small repairs are necessary. It's very important and good that you emphasize this again in your video!
