Bro i had the same issue, i fixed it. basically you might have unknowingly turned it on when you installed this app "PowerToys" just go to "powertoys" and disable it.

None of those methods worked laptop is new and ms store came pre installed so it explains why i didn't see it installed apps but the repair and reset didnt work nor does the commands in powershell
