@@greenchevy5764 there was a couple of reasons One was that a kept overheating two there was a little issue with driver's logging in and number three it was just stuck at the back of the yard

Not quite. They're tram trains based on the European Siemens Avanto. They're high-floor, have higher top speeds than regular streetcars, and can run on automatic train control in the subways.
