So, recently my ex from 7 years dumped me, she cheated with someone from his work. After that I lost all my friends because of gossips, problems and for sure mistakes of my own that I recognize. I was death, started medication for anxiety so no more trying to go out meeting New friends since I can't drink, smoke or anything while on treatment. This will last months. I hacked my 3DS and my PSVITA to get something to do, maybe coming more close to me will be doing what I liked doing 7 years ago. Or even 6 months ago where I still got friends. So, imagine, I installed Hotline Miami and this started to sound, i just started at the loading screen, hearing. This is definitely the song of my people.

I really associate this song with the fact that at the beginning of July my brother and I are sailing into the sunset on a green sea on an unusual boat in the form of an elephant. We have a lot of supplies and things from the Middle East on board, and now we are sailing again to look for adventures, but somewhere in India or Indochina, hoping that someday we will find the perfect place to live and not wander around the world. It's a long time to sail, the sea is calm so far, which means everything is fine

Sometimes when I replay the HL games, I mute the music and put this on on repeat instead. It completely recontextualizes everything in the game, and the experience is changed from "I F*CKING LOVE HURTING OTHER PEOPLE" to "everything we do is just a meaningless search for excuses to commit violence." You should try it if you haven't, it lets you have the feeling you get from the ending of HL 2 the entire game.
