I totally get the frustration in the beginning, but seeing how the tank might’ve been a bit father from the point of contact with the infantry attacking from the west and south side of the point they might have not seen it. They could have maybe heard him drive onto the point but probably couldn’t distinguish the sound, it’s just bad luck tbh and he was just lucky to catch you guys like that. But if he was firing earlier and making a lot of noise on the point then yeah that’s definitely a critical failure in the infantry and the SL’s to call out the T-62. I believe OWI really needs to working on a system of helping new players identify enemy Vic’s instead of them just marking an MTLB as a tank. I got like 1000+ hours in armor and totally understand the frustration.

Sucks the Infantry Combat Overhaul ruined this game. Selling to Tencent really ruined it. I played this game since Alpha back in 2015/16 and it was my favorite game of all time, hands down. It just feels completely unplayable now. Especially as a marksman. I used to take a small fireteam out with long rifles and a support weapon, and go spot for the team, engage FOBs and infantry at a distance, and generally do a lot of indirect work towards the objective, and now the sniping is just ruined. I'm sure I'll get replies from people like, "get good" or whatever other excuses or bullshit. And, to each their own, if you like it, play it, don't let me stop you. But I do mourn the loss of one of the greatest games of all time. RIP Squad.
