Hi! I know this video is a couple of years old so I may not get a response, but I was wondering how people deal with mild fluctuations of the foot swelling and then going back down when buying and wearing heels? As in, my feet naturally swell and shrink throughout the day from different activities, water weight, etc. So when I go to buy heels, it might be at a time in the day where my feet are a bit more swollen so a larger size fits at that time, but when I go to try them on again later, they are now too big bcs my foot returned to not being swollen. It makes it a bit hard to find a pair of heels that will always fit 😅 I was wondering if others experience the same thing and what they do about it?

Hi .. I have never worn high heels, ankle boots with heels yes. I have unstable ankles, who has had plantar f... , multiple sprained ankles through my life, as well as torn ligaments. I get pain in my heels and the balls of my feet. My feet are quite wide, and I wear a size 8. I am the quintessential barefoot gal, if I do wear shoes, it is either sneakers or sandals. Should the heels be my normal size +.5 🤔 ? Please, What would you recommend I get ? 😊

That pair on the left in the thumbnail looks EXACTLY like my very favorite ever pair of shoes. I got them at age 13 from Payless and they lasted me (roughly 19...yes, NINETEEN!) *YEARS,* until they sat in a storage unit (long story) for 18mo or so and got moldy. I might have maybe been able to fix them up but at the time, I just cried as I threw them away. I'm not a girly girl nor am I a shoe girl. Not by a long shot. But when dressy shoes are required by society for various things, those were the best ever. I still miss them.

I bought the cutest pair of heels for NYE they were delivered today and I got really discouraged and pissed off because of how my feet were sliding to the front and my toes were hanging off. I tried this and I am amazed at how it actually works!!!! Better grip and I can even walk better in them.

I have 4e wide, extremely high arch feet and I can't find any platform heels above an inch. I like the crazy high heels and its so depressing not being able to find anything. But I'm not giving up because I look too damn good in them to 😂
