What we are talking about is a murder investigation though and the process is what it is. I still think he is talking about scrutiny and benefit of the doubt to the officer. In my opinion, he should be talking about how the officer complied with the law and the difficult job that they have in a tense and dynamic situation. I think he was trying to balance the emotional situation with objective practicality. But he went too far for me. Harmless but went too far imo :)

I’d suggest that has been demonstrated by a jury of 12 taking less than 4hrs to unanimously finding the defendant innocent of any wrong doing. There was clearly no case to answer watching the footage. Reading between the lines, the CPS passed the fate of this copper to a jury to divert any backlash towards them. Anyway it doesn’t matter who you are. When the police tell you to do something you do it. Kaba’s own actions got him shot. Personal responsibility for one’s own behaviour and actions seems to have gone out the window nowadays.

the grey area for me, stems from the car and the situation being controlled. the officer said that he was protecting his fellow officers (and the public), but the car was boxed in. Therefore, even in the circumstances the threat level was low (car boxed in) and it is surprising that he fired the firearm. They didn't find a gun that night. Would not have been surprising if the officer had got done for that. I think heard the CPS only tried him for murder and not manslaughter but im not 100% sure. would have been manslaughter all day imo. On the other hand, in a dynamic situation humans can make errors even tragic ones. The outcomes were brought about as you said. All is good! I love the analysis of things :))

I got into dating late myself too. I gave a different gentleman a detailed breakdown in a comment on this video. But I would recommend watching videos on dating. Planning out your approach, thinking ahead about how you present yourself (to ladies), what you talk about and how you talk about it (to ladies) and you will be ok. Numbers wise our person is out there bro. Stay positive, and be active (online, in person etc). Also, if you're in a small town.. might have to move. I moved from a town to a city and the difference is what you'd think it would be. If you're already in a city get out there and focus on socialising and refining your technique. Observe other and and try to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their approach. But, it's about listening to conversations that facilitate further meetings. They will likely follow the structure of a relaxed friendly conversation. It's not a friend zone convo and the difference is eye contact, confidence, body language etc. Watch some vids drom a few people and process the advice through your lens aka not losing who you are as an individual But most importantly be active and socialise. Doing interesting things gives you interesting things to talk about etc Best of luck bro!

There are bars, clubs, online dating, ladies in every day places, meet up groups, singles events, your friends single friends, brunch parties, boat parties, work relationships (even though I don't do this) and many more. I'm not an approach expert but there are peeps who are on KZbin. But also, I went years struggling to meet people when I was younger until I made subtle changes. First impressions count, confidence, physical appearance, hygiene, maintaining a regular conversation with ladies (regular is likely to have one statement that she's attractive, an opener relating to the event/circumstance how you met, then conversation which is not too intrusive about her which expresses interest etc). I'm not guaranteeing success, and again some people do not want to be met. But, look for dating advice and put forethought into your technique and your success will increase. Best of luck bro!
