Oh, I truly wish I at least speak some, in that way, I could try to understand all the anime and manga stuff without subs xd... But I can barely speak Spanish, let alone English. Anyway, I got the subs from the English ISO, I mean, I chose the same characters, copied their lines and place them into this video. In the Shenron part, I put that "I ran out the budget" to somewhat make a joke about not understanding him xdd. Thanks, for the translation, I'll pin your comment so we have the "full subs".

Recuerdo que saque a raiden en la 3.3 que fue mi primero personaje. Sí no recuerdo mal, llegue a gastar unos 40 o 50 deseos ganando el pity. Luego pasaron unos meses y se convirtió en mi personaje favorito lo cual dije que la sacaría c3 con arma fuese lo que fuese en su rerun. Llega fontaine y la verdad sentí que no iba a poder aguantar tanto sin tirar.. saco yelan c1, después furina y por último navia con su arma en la 4.3 y en esa misma versión salía raiden. Sentí que no iba a poder sacarla pero no fue asi. Con 400 deseos logre sacarla c3 con arma con mucha suerte, llevándome una chevreuse c6 de regalo. Mi historia muy resumida xd
