Liz Phair's lyric and melodic output was brilliant, whipsmart and appealing voice tone image, but she had shockingly weak, FLAT, voice for a successful lead vocalist. If it wasn't 'indie' music, the record company would not have cast her to sing her own songs!

I don’t think it’s uncommon to have an idea of one’s longevity. If your biological parents lived to an old age, and your bloodwork is always normal during certain marker ages, doctors will even say in visits that you’ll live to be very old.

Huh. I remember this song from the radio, and I love Liz Phair, but I’d not before seen the video for this song, and I’ve no idea what movie it’s tied to. _Stealing Beauty?_ Bernardo Bertolucci?? How don’t I know this movie!??

It's not a bad film, but the reviews at the time were mixed and it didn't receive much promotion. Great soundtrack, though.
