Anyone else here after Sony told you the warranty is expired? Left side of my headphones don't work. i will tinker with my headphones when i get home. I love the rubber band trick, all these years of struggling to hold it while soldering. Awesome video.

Any person who has knowledge of how to do soldering and basic knowledge of how headphones work can do this, But cost is totally depends on person, I suggest you to ask your family and friends for person who can do this type of thing

If you have no other option then only try, And monitor closely when you connect to the trimmer, If connector getting heated remove it urgently, and if you are using 1.5 ampere adaptor then charge only for 5 minutes and test how long it last

It's depends on things you have or not, In my case I already have soldering iron and multimeter, To do this you will need soldering iron and some thing to test wire is ok or not in this video I showed by using multimeter or DIY tester make by mobile charger and at the and you need m-seal which can be available in market at ₹5 or 10/-
