I watched endless videos and read online reviews stating that most people should go down a size when buying this particular jacket. That wasn’t my experience. I’m just over 6 feet, and weigh about 215 pounds. I have a long torso. I ordered a size Large, and it was too tight on the sides. I reordered an XL from another vendor. It fits much better. My advice to men who are more than stick thin is to stick with your regular size. XL jackets sell out fast. If you find one, order it! I got the last XL in stock from Michael Stewart’s last week. Dandy Fellow won’t have XL jackets back in stock until late autumn. They’re hot ticket items.

The denali is an incredible versatile jacket for warm outer jacket or innner layer under a waterproof shell/raincoat. It looks better as well and has waist cord adjustment to keep cold air out. The Patagonia in white makes tou look like a figgin sheep!
