Dr. Kowalski provides a clear and informative overview of surgical options for cervical radiculopathy. It's great he highlights both ACDF and cervical disc replacement, giving patients a comprehensive understanding. The emphasis on low risks is reassuring, but it's important to remember that every patient is unique. I'd love to hear more about factors influencing the decision between these two procedures.

It's amazing to see such a dramatic improvement in just two weeks. Dr. McHugh's expertise is evident in the patient's outcome. This video offers hope to others facing similar challenges.

Incredible story. So inspiring to see how ACDF surgery can transform lives. It's great that you shared your experience. It’ll definitely help others considering this procedure. Dr. Kowalski sounds like a fantastic surgeon. Your journey is a testament to the power of perseverance and seeking the right care.

What can be done for arthritis in the IP joint and the joint at the base of the toe? Can the IP joint be fused, and what will happen to the mechanics of walking if both big toe joints are fused? Thank you.

Hello Doctor, i have some questions for you regarding c1 misalignments. Is this something that someone dealing with its symptoms should most definitely see an orthopedic surgeon for? If so What would be the course of action to correct something like this? Would you ever recommend an upper cervical chiro for such a problem or would that be a bad idea? And lastly, why are so many doctors out there clueless on this problem? Or is it a false lie sold by chiropractors? I myself have essentially lost my life for going onto 7 months now dealing with a myriad of symptoms, some neurological. My PCP refused to refer me to a orthopedic surgeon and is insistent that in depressed and full of anxiety completely ignoring all my neurological symptoms, i racked up an ungodly bill at the hospital and all they seemed to care about was treating my rapid heart. I gave in and went to see an upper cervical chiro who showed me via xray the misalignment i do have apparently, as well as the c1 spinous process essentially slammed into the back of my skull. At this point im so lost as what to do as this has been so debilitating.

Nice to be able to move like that but unfortunately it will just lead to more fusions in the surrounding joints. Seems like once you start down this path you are eternally doomed.

This is reassuring to see someone has had the opporation and recovered successfully. I am having my Talus bone replaced on 22nd November and I am very nervous because I know if it fails the chances are I will lose my foot!

Any news on it ? I’m on the road of the recovery for my both talus and doctor said at at risk to avascular necrosis and I’m very terrified to lose my feet at age of 26

@@MrMalucas hey 👋🏻, I’ve just had my 6 week check up and x-ray. They are happy with the alignment and my body hasn’t rejected the new part so that’s good news. However, I still have to have my foot in a boot for another 6 weeks so it will be a while before I know if it has worked. Although earlier days I am still having the same pains as I did before so I’m not very optimistic although I am trying to be!

Is that metal in the knee? Hope she doesn't have amalgam filings or get implants or annual flu shots. The build up of heavy metals in the system is recipe for ALZHEIMER'S! yippee! So fun. All because of short comings in education to medical system. Allopathic medicine. We can heal and rebuild the joint without surgical needs

My 9 year old son has AVN of talus after a break 3 years. Desperately trying to find a specialist to in this injury. His doctor who treated him played it down to me. Said it was just healing and will take up to 3 years. She did try a decompression surgery but since that surgery the bone is fragmenting and collapsing. Moved countries and saw a new doctor and he just said nothing can be done, it has already collapsed and sent me away

I would like to ask... Nearly 8years after my ankle has been restored after motorcyclw crash- talus cracked, have two pins and two screws still in there. Compare your video, just on the end when your patient move his ankle-there are some weird sounds coming of the ankle. Something like gentle cracking. I have the same. After 8 yeras can get rid of them. Is it normal?
