On this Season im trying to get legend with Highlander demon Hunter its a fun deck but idk if it can get legend but i will still try

idk, I beat flood paladin with over 50% rate (and many other meta decks) with a totally junky self-made undead-handbuff deck

Tbh, the deck has been quite good for a while. Kinda flew under the radar in previous patches. It does just so many absolutely egregious things. Crusader aura is INSANE. It buffs minions just too much, especialy for being an aura. 3 turn duration on it is also just absolutely overkill. I fine their new annoy-o-tron+buff card also pretty strong. Even if you just hit 2 minions, it is already very strong. But the card that really pushes it over the top, in my opinion, is Showdown. The things that card does are just illegal. It kinda seems like a whacky fun card not meant to be used seriously... but the way the card combos atm is extremely strong. Between prismatic, giant, zilliax and the board buffs, the card almost feels like a 2 mana 9/9 with upside and that's just not reasonable.

At this point, crusader aura should not give +1 hp. It would negate the obnoxius play of aura + showdown. Prismatic beam doing just 2 damage but hitting face like before. It's a big problem that you can't counter this deck by going wide, specially after deleting saddle up.

nice deck that has to play cards for +4 mana while you are already dead by turn 4 vs warlocks 10 billion giants

6:16 you could have used funnel cake on the enemy board to refresh way more mana, since Owlonious plus swipe was going to clear the board regardless.

why not use "Gaslight Gatekeeper"? if you draw combo pices too early you can shuffle them back and also you can always play Dorian into GasG i think

if the goal is to draw eonar and owlonius with dorian, why do you run summer flower child

the deck is literally just trash if you pull any minions lol

you do know for dorian its not only a start of turn effect but you have to get lucky enough to draw the card that you want its not even an arena tier card its just terrible

Which of the 6 borrowed decks would you recommend keeping for a ”new” player coming back from a long break? I played the death knight plague deck and got to Diamond 3, but would that one be dumb to keep if I want to have good cards and decks in the future?

I wish reno shaman was a little stronger, its good it just loses to reno warrior prob about 60-70% of the time 😢

Thanks for the patch notes rundown. This is the video I was looking for. I agree with your assessments. I'm happy to see these nerfs. They knew these cards were making the game stale and repetitive (everyone playing the same deck styles) and they did something to help.

As bad as the meta is atm, people saying it's the worst shows 1 of 2 things. Recentsy bias or so many new players didn't play during like undertaker hunter or saviors of uldum or odd paladin

I have a miserable time against Highlander Warrior with my Rainbow DK list, so I think I will add the small plague package. The shuffle-into-your-deck Zilliax does not seem worth it.
