How often do you find UART tells you the exact issue? I've used it on 3 or 4 PS5s now and my error codes are always too broad to do much with.

The error codes can be hit and miss unfortunatley. It all depends on the quality of database that is used - unfortunately Sony do not release a full list so it is down to us and the Right To Repair community to discover these error codes and log them if a repair is found

I replaced my whole disc drive in my Xbox one s with a working disc drive from another Xbox one s but I still seem to have the same problem…any ideas as to why it’s still not working or if there any other problem that could be causing this regardless of the disc drive.

Hello i just got this error for the first time. I was playing for like 4/5 hours. Its the first time my ps5 crashed. I was just scrolling through the wares of a merchant, saw no lag or freezing it just quit the game out of nowhere and gave me this error. Could it just be something bugged in the game which made me crash? I have it downloaded on a M2 ssd with heatsink ps5 compatible. I hope it doesnt come back and it was just a one timed thing. Btw i fully cleaned it a few days ago there was no dust inside because i keep it clean and i also put something over it after im done gaming (and it has cooled down).

@@TweakTips el SSD es nuevo sin fallas , cada vez que me pasa tengo que esperar 1 mes a qué Microsoft saque la actualización de osu1 nueva y ahí vuelve a funcionar la consola de nuevo , ahora me volvió a pasar y claro , mí consola tiene un sistema más nuevo que el osu1 actual entonces llega al 1% y da error .

@@emersonromeo9943 Podría ser un problema con la NAND integrada de la Xbox que está dañada y no con el disco duro. Además, podría ser un cable SATA de Xbox defectuoso; ya he visto esto antes.

I replaced all Thumbsticks and the D-Pad Sticker and I have the same issues. I looked into the circuit board and they are 100% correct. D-Pad double click in the Xbox menu but not in the game. Only right Thumbstick with the x-Phase on Xbox controller Tester 77 degrees. Help me pls.

As the boards inside the controllers are thinner than a board from inside a console (for example), any mid range soldering iron will work, but try and find one that is around 90w and comes with multiple size tips - something like this - amzn.to/3Athu2X

Hello what causes this to happen. My gf had a ps4 slim with a faulty power supply and we took it to a repairshop. After getting it back the console worked fine but the disc drive would not take discs. I think they must have mishandled the motherboard upon replacing the power supply. Because the cd drive worked just fine before the repair. Any thoughts? We have a new ps4 slim so i'm a bit worried, some say it happens for no apparent reason so i'm interested in your opinion Thank you for the response 😊😊

It could be caused by a number of things, for example a power surge/draw from a disc being stuck in the drive, a disc being manually ejected when still spinning etc. If your drive has not worked since you got it back from the repair store, it might be that they simply have not connected the all cables back correctly inside the PS4?

Happened to mine today how can that be its the cleanest consoles always made sure its clean and got much ventilation. At this point i think they putted those faulty psu's in there on purpose strangely it really happened a month after my warranty was done.

Hi James - there are various types and costs of thermal camera, some canbe very expensive. But a good place to find them is on Amazon or AliExpress for a decent price. Here is the model I use: amzn.to/4eCedNJ but make sure you get a macro lense, which allows you to get close to the ICs on the board
