Yea me neither believe in giving GC to grad school graduates as possible. If I were prez i would streamline and speed up ones that pending. Remember ones whose gc is pending are ones in employment and contributed to economy and paid taxes. I would care for them first.

First day executive order likely to cover children of all non-immigrants. Both children of illegal and legal parents (like H1B, H4EAD, F1, L1, L1EADetc). It is likely to be effective from the first day or at the most little latter as it just needs to be signed by President but whether it will stand Supre court or passed as a bill by Congress later on is a different story altogether and only time will tell that. New born child gets dependent status like the spouses and will get GC as and when at least one of parents get GC down the line. 🙂
