the moons were very wrong about him being the biggest, now that the big bang episode is out, he saw other stars that kind of made fun of them, and the death of another star, for sure would scare him, and plus seeing a gigantic star like whoever knows how big it is, running, it's probably what made the sun like that.

Honestly, it's a *multitude* of factors: overall stress, school, work, paying bills, etc. They happen in the *moment* at random times, whereas *anxiety attacks* are usually anticipatory. The main difference is that panic *doesn't* require a specific trigger (like anxiety does), both *both* instances are frequently comorbid. Thank you for your question.
