Me too. I remember when they filled stadiums. Reduced to playing casinos and sounding like a bad garage band is a definite sign to hang it up.

Playing casino? It's sad for a band like Motley Crue to be playing a casino instead of a large arena. Next they'll be back to playing small clubs. They should have stayed retired. Vince sounds horrible & Johnny Zero is no Mick Mars.

it does have a capacity of like 13k , but big difference from a stadium for sure

wow this is truly sad. This isn’t Christian at all. Christians are supposed to be different from the people of this world yet this looks exactly like an unchristian show or concert.

Amazing night. The spirit was heavy. And so encouraging to see thousands of Gods children come to praise him in the midst of such sin influenced society.

I also want to mention I love Elevation music, and I am sad to say that after this concert I just truly felt like God wasn't at the center like he should have been.
@Sabrina-jm4dc2 жыл бұрын
Ill be honest...I think the focus could have been more focused on God. Something just seemed very off and I don't feel like the Holy Spirit was there. It took way too long to get the focus on God and off of Elevation.

It absolutely makes me want to throw up that this group was in our city. And to find out Furtick was here too?! He is by far one of the most dangerous, heretical, and blasphemous performers (not a biblical pastor) of our day. To know thousands of people were exposed to this event and the heresy is heartbreaking. Put anything Elevation church puts out up against the Bible and you'll see what I'm talking about.
@rickstorms2 жыл бұрын
I've never noticed anything like that with Steven. I have with a lot of other preachers though.
@matthaviland56952 жыл бұрын
@@rickstorms Here is one of dozens (maybe hundreds) of examples. Do the research. Search things like "Steven Furtick false teacher" and go from there. Multiple sources from a variety of backgrounds confirm this. He was even featured (as a false teacher) in American Gospel. Which points out today's worse preachers. Here he is, Mr. Unqualified and who also compares himself to God: m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZy4Z3uKhd1kpM0

@@rickstorms After the concert and the feeling that I got I did look into Elevation more so I could explain to my kids why something felt so off and I have realized some of his teaching is not biblical. :/

@@Sabrina-jm4dc Furtick is a heretic, plain and simple. And bands like Elevation Worship have become the poster child for American (not biblical) Christianity. As was said in one documentary, "We (the U.S.) are exporting the very worse of Christianity." We are talking about the Creator of the universe, the One and only holy God. The great I AM. And we dumb holy worship down in our churches every week with cheap entertainment? I've deemed Elevation as one of the "Big 3" (Elevation, Hillsong, Bethel). Every single one of them preach a false gospel.
@chimpchange40252 жыл бұрын
This Group is drawing thousands of new believers . How is he not Biblical? Pretty sure there was about three or four times during his service that he referred to different verses in the Bible. I can’t stand Christians who want to pick groups like this apart. Even if he was blasphemous. God can still use anybody to reach hearts. It just makes u look jealous when u do it so Stop with the negative attitude. Ur making Christian’s look bad.
