Kinda got this whole shuffle done within 2 days. Been doing Cardestry for 10 years now. Bad habit I would say is the most difficult to swing the packet underneath the to the left hand. But overall, the rest is very easy. I basically have practiced Sybil for a while so I’m used to the ending. Great tutorial and probably the most obsessed of a flourish I have been with in a very long time!

Loved observing and watching this combo move. I'm at the intermediate stage of my cardistry journey. So it may take me a while to master this move. I look forward for additional vlogs by you. Thanks. Tracey from the Bronx

Thanks, Chris! Such an iconic move and I am excited to finally have a high quality tutorial that includes little details like pivoting the top packet forward before executing the rev cut/closer

Awesome video. I recently got mine, for 500€. They really are something else. I found that the remakes were surprisingly close, they werent perfect but they had the properties that distinguish Jerry's from other cards. The Vintage Feel ones are a bit heavier than OG Jerrys, and the blue is slightly off. Chicken Nuggets got the weight and color more accurately. They have a slightly smoother finish though. The Chicken Nuggets almost replicated the tension. OG Jerrys have a slight natural dome-like shape, like its pulling all the edges towards the center, similar to what youd call 'click' but its a more uniform tension instead of an X shaped tension. This seems to be a feature of other vintage decks too.

So ive got the trick "down" but I have some trouble actually looping the action, I feel like when it ends I end up in the grip again and have to re jig the deck to start again and that makes it look un-ntatural. Any tips on how I could make it go round and round rather than a start stop?
@ChrisWebberMagic
@ChrisWebberMagic 2 жыл бұрын
The version taught here ends with the deck all squared up once the move is completed. Did you want to create a loop with the move that can go as many times as you want it to?

Great stuff! I'm currently waiting for a deck of Jerry's myself. It was the deck that brought me into cardistry by seeing them in Dan and Dave's hands for the first time 10 years ago. Since then I always wanted to have one. Lucky I managed to get sealed one without cellophane for 250usd. Can't wait!
