Graceland needs to do a Back to the 50s weekend. Everybody dress up in 50s fashion, have a 1950s classic car show and parade, jukeboxes with all 50s music, have 50s dance parties. Have DeanZ do an Elvis in the 50s recreation show. I think this would be a popular event with fans both young and old.

Memphis is far removed from what it was like when he lived there. Very, very dangerous now. Most dangerous city in America according to the FBI. I don't think he would have lived there today. The city doesn't respect him either. The latest threat of Graceland being sold woke them up. They sure do love the money that the tourists bring in.

Fellow Harry fan to Elvis fan! Hahaha I completely relate to you. I grew up with everyone in my family listening to Elvis and my uncle being an Elvis impersonator going to Elvis Fest to perform. Elvis is such a HUGE part of my life everyday. So happy to have found you guys on tik tok, it is so hard to find friends who understand the love for Elvis!!

Me tearing up watching Victori walk through the theatre Elvis was in lol omg so many moments/ memories in that building! I can just feel his energy watching this with the mirrors, the railing,alley, and just the building it self. I don’t know why that made me tear up a little but it did. Keep up the good work you guys! Great gals. There is a book that I am currently reading called Elvis Ignited written by Bob Kealing. He tells the same stories. It covers all of Elvis s concerts and appearances in Florida. Especially the Polk Theater in Lakeland. Think you would find it very interesting.

That was awesome! It's great to see that they have photos of Elvis throughout the hotel. My only issue is that they don't have any of him in his suite but have all those other portraits in there.

Very surprised that just a year after Lisa passed, Reily wasn't there. If Priscilla was asked she would have been there. Regardless of what people think about her she was dedicated to preseving Elvis legacy. It seemed more personal. This seemed very commercialized. I finally got to visit Graceland in 2021 and felt his presence. We had a beautiful guide and I cried because I never saw him live. Happy Birthday and RIP . we love you forever.

I think maybe no family members were there because Riley had a engagement the day before it is a shame as people would have liked her there and her sisters we don’t know the circumstances it is a shame that other members of the family weren’t invited and well done angie you do a amazing job at Graceland and you can tell she loves her job and she looks after Graceland so well what a great job to have I think elvis would be proud of her looking after his things for the future generations to see

I wonder if anything will be done to mark the passing of Lisa Marie given Graceland was her home up until she died last year. No disrespect to Angie, she obviously does a great job there but something doesn't sit right with me having all these concerts on the premises knowing Elvis and his family are buried there in the Meditation Garden. Maybe a good mark of respect would be to close Graceland for the day on Birthdays and Special Anniversaries.
