What permission level do you need to be able to manage the "lightweight topics" in Viva Engage? We've tried setting me as "Yammer Administrator", and "Knowledge Manager" and neither of them allow me to edit topics, anyone can set them up on our Viva, but nobody seems to be able to manage them?

This is a very helpful video and explains some of the Copilot technicalities, such as authentication, very well. You also outline the limitations for file indexing clearly. This is a major blocker for creating an effective Knowledge Base application even for individual Sites. Have you come across a model for preprocessing all of SharePoint and other application repositories to circumvent this?

Hello! I went to your video because it looked recent, uploaded two days ago. I followed you step by step, but there is just so many errors that prevent me from going through with this. If I install yeoman as is, version 5, when I run yo @microsoft/sharepoint, I get the error generator.run is not a function. But when I use Yeoman version 4.x, it creates the blue print. From there, I can't even run gulp serve because it's not in the node modules xyz and npm installing from the root directory doesn't resolve that. You also did it the same way as the Microsoft documentation that I tried to follow previously as well. This is just terribly frustrating, and is this package so deprecated it won't work? Did you really go through with this process 2 days ago? Looking forward to your reply!

That's some great explanation. Doesn't the sharepoint as kowledge base support excel files yet? It is not in the listed sources, but we can upload a file as knowledge base. So is there still a restriction when the file is actually in Sharepoint?

Thank you for this video! I'm trying to achieve the same thing in the modern SharePoint Online. I will re-watch your video many many times to follow the steps one by one and have the same result, but then with around 20 metadata columns to be filled from a Word template. Many things are changed in the meanwhile so I hope it will work.

Thank you. Has there been any significant progress on the limitations on this? I have 100's of feeds I need to aggregate and creating an individual flow on power automate to then have an aggregate flow is not ideal for my situation. I was wondering if there was a work around to use list to then check rss sources on that list. Something like that.. A way to have all rss feeds aggregate on one flow.

I'm with Tracy, I'd be happy if my clients became proficient in the basic tools on offer before adding more tools. Cost will certainly be prohibitive for most if not all my clients

Love those folks and I agree with all the views expressed. With Copilot I see the value but the cost is prohibitive. People are way behind in terms of being able to use the systems we have already. You want to talk sprawl 3.0 of that is coming with Loop workspaces.

I want to do something similar, but my main goal is to find out the editing time per document. Any ideas?

I'm using my old code, which worked fine, 'Connect-PnPOnline -Url $SPSiteURL -UseWebLogin -CreateDrive', but now when I try it (haven't tried this since May2022) I am getting the following error, "Connect-PnPOnline : The current connection holds no SharePoint context. Please use one of the Connect-PnPOnline commands which uses the -Url argument to connect." Did something change?
