@TomValha 0 seconds ago Nice build man. Better than I can do. I will say one thing though, instead of those 45s you should be cutting some kind of zig zag where the joints meet, think a dado joint from wood. That’s where you get structural support. 45s just are way too weak. Other than that, amazing work man Ps- those prices have me chuckling. Due too inflation it should now be an under $600 trailer. I was literally just thinking I couldn’t get that nice of an complete axle housing for $300 where I am

Thank you so much! I followed your steps and saved myself $200. Man that ground screw was difficult. Glad you gave us a head's up-I took several breaks to calm myself, but got it done.

Thanks for this video man! My headlight has a leak in the seal somewhere so the past few times it stormed bad over here I had quite a bit of water in my headlight and caused the bulb to blow. Need to get in there and fix it

Are the caravan lug pattern 5x4.5 as well? Airbags or overloads might be nice if you find yourself carrying heavy loads again.

How's it holding up? I always thought that you wanted the shackles to lean forward just a little so the leaf can flex.

Mini van axle is a great idea! I would have ran the 2" all the way to the back so you could use it as a rear receiver. I have a homemade 4x8 trailer with a 2k axle and I have hauled 3600lbs of water in it.

I'm looking into potential of building a sub 200kg trailer to tow behind an alto, so thanks for this giving some inspiration, maybe an alto axel and spring might do the trick

I use external power when motovlogging with my GoPros so I do not have to stop and get off my bike just to change an internal battery. The cameras can be operated via my iPhone too. Question: Will the DJI Osmo Action cameras connect to iPhone for oeration?

The door itself needs some foam glued on it as insulation and a baffle can be installed in the attic to prevent insulation from coming out the hole when you open it.

After following your directions and cleaning the three panes of glass, how do you clean the inside of the pop-out window? That's the only place I couldn't clean after watching your video.

Thanks for this video, I have a Dodge Grand Caravan 2007 with a 3.3L engine and the serpentine belt was jumping up from time to time, it seems like something in these pulleys creates a drag force when starting the engine, so the engine shakes randomly and the belt jumps out. The power steering pump was replaced when I first saw this problem 4 years ago. However, this does not happen all the time. I do not think that it is a tensioner issue, as it is very stiff to rotate - good spring. Some people suggesting to replace the pulley with the edge.

Looks straightforward & affordable. Unfortunately, I chose plastic gutters 25 years ago: gutters have held up fine, but the brackets & connectors sag & droop. I think I'll switch to aluminum.

Thank you so very much. You probably saved me $350-400 I too was struggling putting it back on. Of course its a pretty old machine and the frame is a bit dirty and rusted, but I got it back on. Quite honestly I wouldn't mind paying $75-100 for a repair. I don't understand how they justify charging so much for parts and labor. I wish I made $75/ hr and charged 300% mark up on parts. I literally found the switch/harness for $9.32

Suggestion (something I do with my GoPros): Buy some Aqua Ears Soft Silicone Earplugs (used by swimmers) and after inserting the power cord, press the wax around the open area to help keep out moisture. Works well.
