It's unfortunately extremely rare to find someone to share this with. I think it more so depends on the temperament of those 2 people. The reason why, in my opinion, this doesn't happen like this more often is because people feel awkward being cheesy and poetic and that it's not realistic or it's fake or just a story so why bother right? Why even bother and make a fool out of myself by putting myself out there? Not to mention many people's soulmates and twin flames may not be as good, kind, or loving in this life as they are so they don't find their way to each other. Though I think it's more the fault of modern sensibilities and people are scared to open themselves to the possibility of humiliation and rejection. People are more often than not, scared and hurting and don't want it to happen again. This world is full of pain and I don't believe there is a single person alive who hasn't experienced pain in their life. But even so without knowing pain in our life, we can't appreciate joy, but on the flip side we don't notice pain if we've never felt joy. If we never feel love how can we lose it? Opening ourselves lets in warmth but it also brings in cold too. I will always want love in my life even if only briefly but I can understand why people don't. Sorry for the rant... TLDR: Yes it does but only for those who are brave and to hell with the consequences.

If you loved him in ADOW try one of his earliest works called Chasing Liberty. My god it's something else but he really stole the spotlight from Mandy Moore. Young Matthew Goode will make you faint and squeal with delight. My god that man has a face that you can't help but admire.
