I found some organic progreaso chicken noodle soup at punlix and i have to ea healthier and this organisc soup is so good the taste is so wa better . And i am.happy to eat heathier . Non gmo. No msg. No hormone chicken . And made with real chicken broth . Yummmy. And half the fat.

So i just tap hard with a spoon on the lids sides and then use the top of the spoon and do what he does, then i take paper and open the lid
