Usually, a filling warning appears because first when the sample is injected there is still a bubble in the syringe, second when the sample injection presses the syringe too quickly so the sample will cause bubbles in the motor in the instrument, lastly is the viscosity of the sample very thick? A filling warning appears when the sample is thick. The explanation for the filling warning itself is that the instrument detects the presence of bubbles in the sample in the instrument. The filling warning can be ignored if the sample does contain a lot of particles/bubbles that are difficult to remove or if the sample has thick characteristics.

@@equivaligandindonesia Thank you for your time, I have been using different viscometers and density meters for more than 9 years. Trust me there is no bubble at all, nor am I using very dense or very light samples. Also, I am using the appropriate syringe with very smooth injection, but still having problem of filling error. The sample doesn't have any particle or impurities. Actually I am getting a blue tick after each analysis but there is error in background too after each analysis, and it's going on addition until I clear it by myself.

Hi Nabila, Yes of course. Notice. Handle the measuring rotors separately and one after the other. The measuring rotors or their parts must not be exchanged. Otherwise, viscosity values are no longer valid. Leakage might occur. For detail information you can read in the manual book section 9 Upkepp and Additional Cleaning. In order to remove the rotor, it is recommended to first remove the rotor in room temperature conditions to make it easier to remove the rotor.
