I felt like this would happen. They had separate lives either there separate career paths and the physical distance, it was inevitable they would split. People don’t know how to do marriage anymore.

Leaving my ex was more liberating and relieving than depressing. It feels so nice to not having to answer to someone every time I want a new shirt or being questioned about what I ordered on Amazon. Theres no longer any unnecessary urgency to get things done right away and I’m not hounded about joint accounts anymore or having kids next year. If anything though the difference I found from marriage and cohabitation is that when you get married that’s when the woman gains legal power to rock your world and the Government is now invited into your romantic life. Marriage is over rated.

Being married is a test even though the good in it, I personally was sentenced to 40 years ! I'm humble enough to admit women are, and can be beautiful creatures of comfort for man. The down side is I have to rebuild a social environment at 65 in a world that's immensely different than when I was a young man, ( key note: marriage = you will be trained)

Motivation is awesome, and is very effective for short term results for most people. Working out with a purpose, at least for me, is more long term You purpose can be anything, physical, mental, spiritual health to list only a few. Look at those Rocky movies, his workouts had a purpose, but purpose is different for everyone. I love zone five training...when I complete it, lol.

Thanks Coach - just started working out at home after getting divorced. Went down from 99kg to 75kg in 4 months. I still have a long way to go, but am actively engaging in 5km races and am now able to wear medium sized shirts for the first time in 10 years. Dropped from size 38 trousers to 32. Training has kept me sane and helped met get my confidence back. Getting more attention from woman as well. Ultimately like you said, we do it to feel great and enjoy mental sharpness.

This was a good video. Going through a weird rough time in my marriage. She said she might want to separate, then talks of custody rights of our children, wanting to keep the house and that she would want to date again. Obviously I was blown away by this thinking our marriage was great. Turns out she had an emotional affair with a married man. She has since stopped talking to him and we are in marriage counseling but I do not feel much hope for our marriage. When I look at her I see a stranger and ponder if I even am still in love with her anymore. This video gave me more confidence as I have already grieved a loss of her that I feel may be inevitable.

My wife is using her Christian faith to attack me viciously. She had me move out and is threatening divorce, so she has basically checked out. She and her Pastor text each other daily. She has said I need to believe just like her. I need to act the way she wants me to. She attacks me constantly, but I can't say anything in my defense. I had a heart attack last year due to the stress of my job and working long hours just to pay the bills, but she doesn't care. She said she will destroy me in a divorce, but I think I would rather have that than continue with her. She threw away 22 years because I am not Christian enough for her.

Bcoz husband are lazy n waste money on hobbies, drinking alchohol, smoke, come back home late drinking wif friends in pub n hold other women boobs expecting the wives to be a maid at home, room mate, take all duty work finance home, kids discipline, babies n alot make chauvanist. Wives not ur servant n mama n ur finance backup.

Bcoz husband men abuse wives endure mother-in-law n make them like servant at home like in India culture. Men chauvanist never assist wives at home while wives are burnout work, juggle babies, kids school work, housechores, cooking while the husband always missing in action that lead by going to pub girls, drinking alchohol, smoke weed waste money on hobbies while wives work to finance family.
