Great pickups bro. I remember how much hate that Bomberman Act Zero Game received when it first launched. I haven't played it in years, but it was fun to play. Risen 2 Dark Waters is pretty sweet and is backwards compatible with the Xbox One/Xbox Series consoles. I need to beat that one in the future. You can remove that GameStop Sticker from the cover art by using Bestine Rubber Cement Thinner. I've been using it for years and have saved 100's of games from those pesky GameStop stickers. It won't damage the artwork or the case. I learned this secret from my buddy Dean (vinniecorleone62). I have a video up on my channel for removing stickers from the spine of game artwork. Have a great day my friend.

Thanks for this video - I used a standard generic USB zero encoder I bought off Amazon - it is recognized as Dragonrise USB and set the mode on this to be the red LED ( this one starts up as blue and can be switched to RED non-analog buttons mode) - and it works perfectly mapping all the buttons in the mapping configuration including start and select - However, it won’t insert coin or start the game with those buttons ( with the defined mapped buttons.) I can insert coin and start do with the other factory controller and then play the game with the USB stick - all directions and A B work. Is it also game specific I only have the Toplan Arcade 1 cart - and tried all the different games and I can play the games, but I can’t start them with the USB controller. So odd. Do you have any ideas what that’s about?
@OpenByAccident4 күн бұрын
So the one I used also recognized as dragonrise usb. I did plug the buttons in to match them as identified on the the board. The select button came before start. The order was 8 main buttons, then select start and menu. Maybe it matters mapping them to match the order the board has them intended for? Could also be something as simple as the difference in the encoders. Might need to update your evercade if you haven't done that in a while. Hope some of that makes sense and helps. Thanks for watching and the comments.

@@OpenByAccident thanks man I’ll let you know. I’ll try perhaps different button order and I did do an update on the Evercade and I noticed that they had the support for Analogue controllers. Hope to get back to you with some good news.
@cssmgt4 күн бұрын
@@OpenByAccident that was it!! Thank you. I had to use plugs 9 and 10 (SE and ST) - I had to look it up online as my USB encoder didn’t have any distinguishable markings - they just had K1 to K12. I guess for PC it’s doesn’t matter but for Evercade it does. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction

Hey, you should check out GP2040-CE. It's a firmware that you can install on Raspberry Pi Pico (and other boards that use RP2040 micro controller). Works well on Evercade when in Xinput mode and supports a bunch of cool features if you want to tinker with it. I've used it a couple of times when making leverless (hitbox style) arcade controllers.

Cool video. One suggestion, because the music nearly blew my eardrums out, when editing your footage, select all the audio of you talking and right click on it in the timeline, then select Normalize Peak Audio and type in something like -5 and do the same thing to your music, but set it to around -15. Thanks for checking us out. I am the owner of Budget PC and Retro Games in Eldon MO. My son and I run the store as a family owned venture. We offer 5 for $25, $30 and $35 bundle deals daily and in most cases have monthly specials too. We typically price things according to condition and use Price Charting to get our game values. If you have a concern with pricing we will definitely work with you. We have banners out front now but definitely need better signage. It's a discussion I've had with the building owners many times over the last 6 years. We get different items in daily so you'll never know what you'll find. Front facing games takes up 5x the space unfortunately but we are addressing some of those concerns. We have also worked on moving items around to organize them better. We definitely do our best to work with collectors to give you the best value. We've added more arcade games since you were in as well. Doing a search for "Budget PC and Retro Games in Eldon MO" on TikTok, Facebook, KZbin, and Instagram should show you more of our store. I post daily on Facebook. Thanks again for coming to see me at Budget PC....
