it really depends how much credit you have. I have $472,450 credit with 32 credit cards so .04%-0.07% maximizes my credit score to 850. if I go under or over my score drops to 848

Okay, I got a question and I see that this video is a little old so maybe I won't get a response but I have about 5 credit cards and I paid off one of them and my score dropped 47 points, which is ridiculous. It's revolving credit. I still have a good mix, so why in the world Would my score drop forty-seven points ????

Hello 👋 👋 👋 O percent so far hasn't helped, I use it, but I pay it down right away. I thought if the credit card issuers saw activity that was good enough but it seems it's not. I'm not sure if the credit bureaus are seeing that I use my credit cards? Note I use credit cards a lot. I just pay it off and don't let the balances report except for maybe one credit card and I try to keep that under 3% but overall utilization seems to report a zero consistently. Do you think I should be doing something different?

Ah thank you! Yeah right now with such high interest rates set by the Fed (just dropped .5% this week) we’ll keep seeing higher APR but slowly it will go back down as the Fed keeps lowering rates!

They're going to charge you a much higher 30-50$ for insufficient funds even if you don't have ODP (and can be done multiple times), which personally I feel should be illegal. Why would it cost it more than a handful of cents for a banking system to say "no, we're rejecting this transfer because the account has insufficient funds". Even back when banking was more manual that would only take a minute of a banker's time, but obviously for many decades now banking has been thoroughly automated so that it's just a matter of milliseconds of machines pinging across each other for this same sort of effect. It shouldn't cost anything at all. Insufficient funds charges should be illegal (unless it's using something like cheques where you're promising a person money and hence they may have already given a product or service in return for it)

I’ve grown sick of a “friend” asking to borrow money for the third time who lives in a 3,000 sf home with her husband and 24 y/o son and makes $93K+ alone. She’s always paid me back but it slows me down in putting money towards my HYSA. So I’ve decided that next time she asks (and there will be a next time) I’m going to tell her, ‘no, but I’ll teach you how to manage your money’. If she insists that this will be the last time, I’m going to say, ‘Fine, but I want an extra $100 as a fee’.

Don't be naive they are not just taking your money but your time sacrifices you made to earn that money. If they need a loan they can go to a bank or their parents can help them, there is no room to ask friends. You are enabling them, I will guarentee if they ask you once they will ask you again

You can use cash advance to your advantage. Use the cash to pay towards your loan principals. But I get the cash advance from the bank which is Capital One Bank. Yes they do charge a fee upfront. But the fee is not high to me. Loans are worst that Lines of credits. Just saying. It's working for me
