Those Senheizers are terrible compared to the SM58, i have to drown them in EQ to get any decent sound out of them. anyone using a tablet controlled mixer, DO NOT use the wifi feature on the mixer, get a router and plug it in. THEY WILL fail at the worst possible time, ask me how i know.

@@mthompson965 I’ve never had issues with Sennheisers but trust me I definitely know about the WiFi issues with Tablet controlled mixers. I have a router for my studio live because of that. You are so right

The adapter is for unbalanced 1/4” connections into the transmitter’s balanced XLR input. Right there you lost all credibility with me. I’ve been waiting for this tech to be affordable for 2 decades. The difficulty lies in adoption. All it takes is one member of a band to go this way and the rest follow suit. And not everyone needs the freedom of wireless - drummers can go wired for half the price!

Hey brother look to get new EV ZLX g2 15 for the 200 people capacity church. I like to hear your opinion. We don’t need sub we don’t use much base. 8 inch will be good for stage monitor for alter ? How this sounds compare to Yamaha DBR 15. I know Yamaha has better warranty. Please advise God bless

Yes! 8 inch is perfect as an option for stage monitors. As far as the sound comparison to Yamaha I think they are about the same. If you buy through Sweetwater you get a good warranty anyway. And the G2 15's are more than enough for your size church, I still recommend a subwoofer but either way you will be good to go. God bless you!

@@brotherwilltorres Thanks much. .. what we have is a passive Yamaha abt 18 yr old speaker. We are trying to replace. .. currently have external amp. Since DBR is powered. I guess plug straight to mixer or the external EQuilizer ? Which way is better? I also heard that yahama is known for their highs and mids. Don’t need much lows in our church it’s high celing. Also EV sounds good but it’s has more features that we not going to use. Yamaha warrenty is great as well. 🙏

@@brotherwilltorres Hello Bud I have a different question. I been researching about this. So we have a 150 -200 capacity church. I been thinking to get either QSC12.2 vs Yamaha DBR 15 speakers. So planing to put 2 on the front. In my understanding 90 degree spread is better than 75 the QSC. I love it hear your opinion. Please advise. God bless.

All wedge monitors are mono... no diff. Also mono is good if you wanna leave one ear open to hear the room.

Wedges are mono; however, it’s not the same as mono in ears because the ambient sound from the stage come to us at different times so we still hear wedges in “stereo”.
