I was at Pipe in 98’ and Wingnut did really well, made the semis i think. His early heat waves were unreal. I remember this vid, i might even still have it with contortion, raw 2 and others around this time. I used to surf 40 hours a week in the 90s..around Bulli, Woonona. Had my share of decent island..no other wave like it. Was there last sunday for the SIC, too south, but heavy man lol.

So true today's fmx has turned more like bmx too much spinny flippy shit, I appreciate the skills and the dangers of these new tricks but I prefer to see dirt to dirt hits with one big extended trick that's way more appealing to watch.

KTM does NOT make a "525exc 2 stroke" The biggest 2 stroke they offer is a 300exc.

Actually, that's not true. Most of KTM's 525 exc's are 2 strokes.
