I would like to add another skill....basic troubleshooting for common problems. Hard resets, clearing history, resetting student passwords. If teachers know some of these quick fixes, less learning time is lost. I like to just do these things for teachers because i know they're busy busy busy, but it's good for them to be empowered with this knowledge.
