I wish I'd known they were there. First time I saw them was in a club in the early 80's & got to stand in front of Jimmie Vaughn. Every guitarist since then has been great but Jimmie has such a presence on stage. Thanks for putting up the videos.

I enjoyed the concert a lot. Love his music however, I paid 1,000 for a seat, I was close right up front. I not sure why Eric always closes his eyes when he sings. I want to connect to him and the music. Felt like he was just playing another gig. He always stepped back from the microphone when he was singing which made it hard to hear. Good thing I knew the words already. He also stepped back when he did his solos. I did enjoy the concert though. A thousand buck ticket doesn’t mean much when you can’t hear the singer.

@@JohnMartinez-sm1sk interesting, because I was watch my playlist for that show again tonight and I was wishing I was closer. I was looking at the folks in the front row and wondering if $1,000 was really worth it? I paid $59 and it found a seat 9 rows closer and the view was much better. But being a lot closer would have been awesome, but I don’t want to spend that kind of money for a show.

In Octobre' 1989, my heart was so so broken I thought I'd never recover. Clapton's "Journeyman" softened the pain and the anguish. I still remain heartbroken and continue to listen to same.
