Yes this was on a Prestige. I’ve cleaned the sensor on other brands and the process is pretty much the same.

Do superyachts come into Chicago that much at all?

Typically one or two will come through each summer. Many arrive in August for the Air and Water show, which is amazing viewing with the skyline. There is a new marina being built at Navy Pier in Chicago and one in Muskegon Michigan which will be able to house more large yachts. Hopefully this helps to bring more large vessels to town

Also when you are docking you generally have an audience either seen or unseen, so you have to do it right every time or else you'll end up looking like a muppet, and there are plenty of them in the boating world.

This is so true. Always plenty of eyes on the captain and as the captain, you can feel it for sure. Some people can’t handle that pressure. I actually enjoy a good challenge so it can be fun. Thank you for watching!

Depending on how she’s built out with options, you’re liking at about $2mm for a nicely equipped vessel. That will likely increase for order outs of future vessels.

Nice job. I did a 12-day delivery from Norfolk, VA to Sarasota, FL on a 62ft Vicem over the Christmas holiday. I'm from Chicago but I haven't been back there since visiting in 2013. Hopefully back this summer. Cool channel, subscribed. Bear Down!

best to keep the helm door closed if your the owner and live in salty conditions,,, otherwise the salt mist gets inside the boat. the helm door is for easy docking and not climate control

This is a brand new vessel that came in for our in stock sales, and hadn’t been sold to a client yet. Even if it had, a brand new vessel arriving from the factory, requires shakedown and commissioning from the dealership. Since this is a brand new vessel, that myself and my company are working to sell to our clients, I would absolutely never beat it up “for my own joys”.
