推測ですが、PAPAYA!!では曲に合わせて観客がタオルを振り回すという行為が定番です。 しかしヨーロッパではこのタオル回しがあまり知られておらず、昨年までのヨーロッパツアーのときもやっている観客はほとんどいません。 そこでタオル回しを流行らせようという意図でF.HEROのパートを差し替えて「こんなふうにタオルを回してね」と教えることにしたのではないかと思われます。 決してF.HEROをないがしろにしたわけではないと思います。 This is just a guess, but it's common for the audience to wave towels along to the music at PAPAYA!! However, towel spinning is not well known in Europe, and even during last year's European tour, very few audience members did it. So, with the intention of making towel spinning popular, it seems they decided to replace F.HERO's part and teach him "spin the towel like this." I don't think F.HERO was neglected in any way.
